After the completion of your online order the products ordered will be shipped within 5 working days. At the time the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and shipment. That Is in use for the items that is available in our warehouse. Items that require more time due to manufacturing/or other reasons, an email will be send to you regarding the time of delivery.

Order amount at checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the order recipient.

Occasionally, items may be out of stock or back ordered. We will contact you in both instances. In the event of a backorder, you will be provided with an approximate shipment date.

Order processing and delivery cannot take place during weekends or public holidays.

In cases that fall beyond anyone’s reach or responsibility and products cannot be delivered on time or at-all we maintain the right to contact with you so you can instruct if you wish the shipment of your products ordered.

In order to ensure the security of your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery. If for any reason you are unavailable to sign for your purchase, the courier will make several attempts to reach you.
